Full job description

We are seeking to hire a fast-food restaurant manager for one of the fastest-growing fast-food places in Edmonton and across Alberta and are looking for a hands-on, sales-management-driven store manager to lead the team and daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in building strong teams, creating a welcoming environment for the local community, and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a strong team. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Exceptional customer service above and beyond, consistently engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction, handling any concerns professionally, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Direct all daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Coordinate with staff to monitor food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Regularly conduct audits to uphold these standards.
  • Manage inventory ordering and stock control, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize expenses without compromising on quality.
  • Drive revenue by setting targets, analyzing key financial metrics, and implementing sales-building strategies. Maintain records, manage payroll, and oversee cash handling procedures.
  • Work with management to set monthly and quarterly goals and align team efforts to meet these targets. Plan and execute strategies to enhance service, profitability, and brand reputation.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring all equipment is operational and the restaurant environment is appealing and functional.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of restaurant or QSR management experience
  • Able to demonstrate very strong customer service skills
  • Extremely high level of communication skills
  • A strong sales background is an asset
  • Customer and people management skills are are must for this role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments preferred
  • Solid understanding of food safety and operational standards
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
  • Financial awareness (labour %, food cost, sales performance)
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Must have a reliable vehicle

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
