Server – Part-Time

The Imperial Tandoor | Peterborough, ON
Pay: $17.95 per hour + tips

The Imperial Tandoor is looking for experienced, friendly, and professional Servers to join our front-of-house team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy providing excellent service in a professional restaurant environment.

Requirements

  • Required 1 year of serving experience required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining is an asset
  • Valid Smart Serve certification required
  • Additional hospitality or beverage certifications are an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and reliability
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Provide attentive and friendly table service
  • Answer menu questions and make recommendations
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently
  • Process payments accurately
  • Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
