Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for the food industry. The Front of House Manager will oversee daily service, supervise staff, and create a welcoming environment for guests, all while ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff
  • Oversee food preparation and serving processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage restaurant operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Train new staff members on service protocols, food handling, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as beverages, utensils, and cleaning materials; place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery times and menu offerings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating hospitality excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant management; supervising experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving protocols and hospitality standards.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills are essential.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
