CHUCK'S ROADHOUSE REGINA OPENING SOON..!!

An upcoming restaurant-focused job fair is scheduled to take place in Regina, Saskatchewan, spanning five days from August 1st to August 4th.

Key Details:

  • Dates: Saturday, August 1st to Tuesday, August 4th
  • Daily Hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Location: Regina, SK
  • Requirements: Bring one copy of your resume and a valid Serve It Right (Saskatchewan) certificate (or equivalent smart serve certification for alcohol service).

This multi-day hiring event is tailored specifically for the hospitality sector, focusing on roles that involve the responsible service of alcohol. It offers a direct pathway to connect with restaurant employers looking to fill both front-of-house and back-of-house positions.

We are seeking dedicated Servers/Bartenders to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Provide exceptional hospitality and guest services throughout the dining experience
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers to ensure compliance with provincial liquor laws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Monitor bar inventory levels (kegs, bottles, garnishes, etc.) and effectively communicate restocking needs to management

Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculation
- Valid smart serve certification
