JOB TITLE: Little Caesars Crew Member

New store opening soon - Urgently hiring full time staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars® recipes, specifications and procedures.
  • Follows proper uniform code
  • Cleans and organizes workstations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for store image.
  • Practices safety and security procedures directed by the management staff
  • Follows policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by the management staff.

Customer Service

  • Energetically greet customers as they enter the store - be friendly and helpful, provide prompt, courteous service, and thank our customers for their business
  • Be familiar with and provide customers with information relating to our products
  • Set an example to other associates for excellent customer service
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and respectfully
  • Maintain property and equipment to ensure customers have a safe and pleasant shopping environment
  • Maintain excellent employee and team relations by cooperating and communicating professionally with other associates

Physical Demands

  • Ability to be exposed to cold or warm temperatures performing occasional work in a walk-in cooler and/or freezer
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to thirty to fifty pounds from ground to waist or ground to overhead (i.e., assisting in stocking/maintaining inventory levels)
  • Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift
  • Be exposed to occasional noise
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, squat, and reach overhead for objects
  • The ability to apply pressure to cut through products.
  • The ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly

Qualifications:

  • Experience in food service preferred
  • Honest and friendly
  • Ability to be at work on time as scheduled
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
  • Work with minimal direction and periodic supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements:

  • Code of Conduct or Criminal Record Check
