Job Overview

This position includes salary + commission pay.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales and business development. Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for equipment solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead or participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our equipment offerings.

Skills
