Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests, encouraging repeat visits and positive reviews. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are at the forefront.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table setup, clearing, and sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently perform basic math calculations
  • Experience with food handling, food preparation, and kitchen operations is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
