Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Shift Lead to oversee daily operations at our Fergus location. As a key team member, you will ensure smooth service delivery while embodying our values of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate team activities during shifts to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in training new staff members.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
