Dolma Food Market is a vibrant food store with the feel of a farmer’s market; we’re the fresh food connection to local producers. Part butcher, part baker, part fisher, part farmer and all parts great fresh food.

Dolma Food is located on St George St and is currently seeking for energetic foodies who loves working with people and creating a positive experience for others to join our growing team
Job Summary:
The candidate will work the line at Dolma Eatery and work the production line

  • making basic prep and realizing sandwich to order
  • managing the line by rotating prep and managing display
  • be able to work alone and comfortable to talk to costumer (open Kitchen)
  • new restaurant so be ready for a new challenge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Culinary Education (will be considering an asset)

Experience

  • Experience in line cooking
  • Previous management experience will be considering an asset.
  • Previous kitchen experience is a must
  • Pastry experience will be considering an asset

Work Setting

  • line cooking

Specific Skills

  • Make sandwich and attend the line
  • Make soup and salad base on recipe and spec
