Digital Marketing Intern

Reporting to Director, Performance Marketing

Harry Rosen Inc. Central Office (77 Bloor St. West)

Part-time (24 hours per week)

In-office work environment

At Harry Rosen, Canada’s leading luxury menswear retailer, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support the execution of campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Working closely with the Performance Marketing team, this role will support paid media initiatives across paid social, search, display, and affiliate, helping bring seasonal campaigns, promotional moments, and brand launches to market. You will gain hands-on exposure to how performance marketing operates within a luxury retail business — balancing brand storytelling with commercial objectives and measurable results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels.

  • Assist with campaign set-up, creative asset coordination, approvals, and trafficking with internal teams and agency partners.

  • Help maintain campaign calendars aligned to seasonal launches, promotional periods, and key commercial priorities.

  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and in-flight performance to ensure campaigns launch accurately and remain on track.

  • Assist in compiling weekly and post-campaign reporting, including performance insights, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Support audience testing, creative testing, and performance analysis to help improve acquisition efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends, platform updates, and creative best practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, analytics, and brand marketing teams to support campaign execution.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, E-Commerce or Fashion related program with a formal internship/co-op requirement.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, performance media, customer acquisition, and e-commerce.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Asana, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads is an asset.

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and identifying patterns, insights, and opportunities.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Interest in fashion, retail, consumer behaviour, and the luxury market is an asset.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
