HyperMabs est une entreprise de biotechnologie en pleine croissance, guidée par de fortes valeurs, et basée à Montréal, au Canada. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) de laboratoire motivé(e), autonome et proactif(ve) pour se joindre à notre équipe grandissante et contribuer au développement de médicaments qui transformeront radicalement la vie des patients.
L’Associé(e) de recherche, développement préclinique est responsable de l’exécution d’activités expérimentales au sein de plusieurs programmes biothérapeutiques. L’associé(e) de recherche contribue au développement d’une gamme de biothérapeutiques prometteurs destinés au traitement de maladies potentiellement mortelles, jusqu’au lancement des premiers essais cliniques chez l’humain.
Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, en présentiel, basé à Montréal (Québec).
Responsabilités principales :
- Conçoit et réalise des expérimentations en laboratoire dans le cadre des activités de recherche et de pharmacologie préclinique de l’entreprise.
- Soutient les projets de recherche expérimentale en cours au laboratoire.
- Analyse, interprète et communique les résultats expérimentaux dans des délais appropriés.
- Respecte les procédures opératoires normalisées (SOP) afin d’assurer l’exactitude, la traçabilité et la qualité du travail.
- Contribue au fonctionnement et à la maintenance du laboratoire, ainsi qu’aux activités associées.
Qualifications :
- Baccalauréat en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe, avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente, ou Maitrise en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe, avec au moins 1 an d’expérience.
- Solide expérience en biologie moléculaire, culture cellulaire et techniques aseptiques.
- Expérience en techniques d’analyse protéique (p. ex. ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blot), un atout.
- Expérience en biochimie des protéines, incluant l’expression et la purification de protéines recombinantes, un atout.
- Expérience en méthodes à haut débit (p. ex. travail en plaques 96 puits, pipetage multicanaux), un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite pour interagir efficacement avec tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

Job Description:
HyperMabs Inc. is a fast-growing biotechnology company focused on research and development of novel treatments for diseases with high unmet medical need. The team uses cutting edge protein engineering technologies to achieve its mission of discovering new medicines with transformative potential.
The Research Associate, Preclinical Development is responsible for execution of experimental research activities across multiple biotherapeutic programs. The Research Associate contributes to the building of a pipeline of promising biotherapeutics for treatment of life-threatening diseases through to launch of first-in-human trials.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Montreal, Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and design laboratory experiments associated with the company's discovery and preclinical pharmacology activities.
- Support experimental research projects currently underway in the laboratory.
- Analyze and report experimental results in a timely manner
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure accuracy, traceability and quality of work
- Support the operation and maintenance of the research laboratory and associated activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong background in molecular biology, cell culture, and aseptic techniques.
- Experience in protein analysis techniques (e.g. ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blot) would be an asset.
- Experience in protein biochemistry, including expression and purification of recombinant proteins would be an asset.
- Experience in high-throughput methods (e.g. 96-well plate work, multichanneling) would be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effectively interfacing with all levels of management and departments within the company.
