Full job description

International Sound Corporation is seeking a local candidate for a Camera Operator position in the production and recording of a live television broadcast show for a Thoroughbred Racing track located in Grand Prairie, Alberta. The candidate should have the ability to operate a professional broadcast camera. The candidate will also need to have the ability to take direction from the on site Technical Director. This is a part time, seasonal, weekend, daytime position. The racing season will begin on Sunday July 5th and continue through Sunday August 23rd. Training will be held on Friday July 3rd and Saturday July 4th from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Work shifts will be from 12:00 PM until approximately 5:00 PM on all Saturdays and all Sundays. Additionally, a special Heritage Holiday racing program will be held on Monday August 3rd from 12:00 PM until approximately 5:00 PM. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour for the position. The candidate must be available to work all 16 of the live racing dates as listed above and have prior experience operating a professional broadcast camera.
