About FasTreat

FasTreat is a Canada-wide virtual care company delivering structured, evidence-based healthcare through a multidisciplinary model.

Originally focused on ADHD care, FasTreat is expanding into men’s hormone health, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), testosterone-related symptoms, sexual health, and related wellness services.

Position Overview

We are hiring a licensed Physician / MD to join our Men’s Hormone Health Clinical Team.

This is a virtual care role focused on patient assessment, lab review, treatment planning, prescribing, follow-up care, and clinical oversight for men’s hormone health and TRT-related care.

This role focuses on:

  • Virtual men’s hormone health assessments
  • Testosterone deficiency / TRT-related care
  • Lab review and treatment planning
  • TRT prescribing and ongoing monitoring
  • Patient education and follow-up care
  • Clinical safety, escalation, and protocol support

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients for men’s hormone-related concerns, including symptoms potentially related to low testosterone
  • Review medical history, risk factors, medications, lifestyle factors, and relevant labs
  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory investigations where appropriate
  • Evaluate patients for TRT eligibility and safety
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans using FasTreat clinical protocols
  • Prescribe and manage testosterone therapy where clinically appropriate
  • Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment response, side effects, and lab markers
  • Identify contraindications, red flags, and cases requiring specialist referral or in-person care
  • Support clinical escalation for complex cases when needed
  • Document care clearly and timely in the EMR
  • Provide input on clinical protocols, patient safety, and quality improvement as the program develops

Requirements

  • MD or equivalent medical degree
  • Active medical license in Canada
  • CMPA membership or equivalent professional liability coverage
  • Experience in family medicine, men’s health, endocrinology, sexual health, primary care, or hormone therapy
  • Comfortable providing virtual care and documenting in an EMR
  • Strong clinical judgment around prescribing, lab monitoring, contraindications, and patient safety
  • Experience with TRT or men’s hormone health is considered a strong asset
  • Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary virtual care model
