Rotating Schedule: 4 Days One Week, 3 Days the Next

We're seeking a compassionate, experienced and confident Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Occupational Health team in Napanee. What You'll Do

  • Provide occupational health nursing services and first aid care to employees.
  • Assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Triage medical concerns and provide appropriate treatment and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
  • Support disability management and return-to-work programs.
  • Participate in employee wellness initiatives and health promotion activities.
  • Collaborate with Health & Safety, management, employees, and external healthcare providers.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Occupational Health, Emergency, Community, Primary Care, or Industrial Nursing experience is an asset.
