POSITION SUMMARY:

We are searching for a recruiter to join our team and help us discover hidden talent. As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting screening, and coordinating interviews with our hiring managers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct interviews to select candidates for open positions. This includes setting up interview schedules, preparing interview questions, and assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position.

· Screen resumes and applications from potential candidates. This includes reviewing resumes and cover letters, evaluating candidates' work experience and education, and identifying potential candidates for further consideration.

· Interview applicants to determine their qualifications. This includes conducting in-person interviews, asking relevant questions to determine the candidate's experience and skills, and assessing their fit for the position.

· Maintain a high level of organization in the recruiting department. This includes keeping track of candidate information and status, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all recruiting processes are followed.

· Ensure all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner. This includes processing new hire paperwork, reviewing and verifying employment eligibility documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and external vendors. This includes working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet recruiting needs, building relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners, and representing the organization in a positive and professional manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Working toward CHRP designation

. Bachelor Degree

· 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

· Meticulous record-keeping, report writing and observation skills.

· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

· Exceptional judgment, common sense, and decision-making ability.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
