This Is Not a Typical Sales Job

Magnus HRS is built for hunters.

We are looking for driven, competitive, commission-motivated sales professionals who want to win big, earn big, and build something meaningful in the healthcare sector. If you thrive on prospecting, closing new logos, and being paid directly for performance, keep reading.

If you need warm leads, heavy hand-holding, or a slow-moving environment—this role is not for you.

The Opportunity

At Magnus HRS, performance is the currency.

We’ve built a high-growth, high-accountability sales culture where results matter and top performers are rewarded. Our business has delivered consistent year-over-year growth, and we are aggressively expanding our footprint across Canada.

You will be given:

  • Real autonomy to hunt, sell, and close

  • Access to leadership, not layers of bureaucracy

  • A proven platform with credibility in healthcare staffing

  • Clear metrics, clear expectations, and clear upside

This is a role for someone who wants to build a strong book of business, dominate a territory, and significantly outperform average earners.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Hunt relentlessly for new healthcare clients (net-new logo acquisition)

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across hospitals, long-term care, community care, and public-sector healthcare organizations

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close

  • Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets

  • Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare decision-makers

  • Deliver persuasive, executive-level sales presentations

  • Track pipeline, activity, and performance metrics in CRM

  • Stay ahead of healthcare staffing trends and procurement activity

What It Takes to Win Here

  • Proven hunter mentality with a strong sales track record

  • Experience closing new business, not just managing accounts

  • Comfort selling into complex organizations and senior stakeholders

  • High activity, high accountability, high urgency mindset

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance

  • You are money-motivated, competitive, and take personal ownership of results

What’s In It for You

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

  • Clear path to above-market earnings for top performers

  • Hybrid work model in Toronto

  • Comprehensive health benefits

  • Direct exposure to leadership and opportunity for advancement

  • A culture that rewards execution, not tenure

  • A platform to build a long-term, high-income sales career

Our Culture

Magnus HRS is a performance-driven organization.

We measure what matters, coach consistently, and reward people who deliver. We support growth—but we expect accountability. This is a winning culture, built by people who take pride in being the best at what they do.

Equal Opportunity

Magnus HRS values diversity and inclusion and is committed to creating an environment where talented people can succeed. While we appreciate all applications, only candidates selected for next steps will be contacted.
