Full-time Administrative Assistant – Join Our Team!

Christensen & McLean Roofing Co. is currently accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. We’re a well-established construction company with a great work environment, and we’re looking for a positive, organized individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

What You Will Do:

· Support the accounting team with payroll and billing tasks

· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

· Coordinate travel arrangements for crews.

· Maintain accurate records for contracts, permits, and other important documents

· Assist with preparing project invoices

· Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed

· Communicate with clients, suppliers, employees, and subcontractors in a professional and friendly manner

· Answer incoming calls and emails while providing excellent customer service

What We Are Looking For:

· Previous experience or education as an administrative assistant, accounting clerk, or similar role

· Familiarity with the construction industry and its terminology is beneficial.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office and related software

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities

· Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment

· Experience with accounting software is an asset

· A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
