What We Offer:

Our dental practice in Richmond, BC is looking for a Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We are seeking availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Fridays, with possibility of adding Saturday when it becomes available in the future.

Requirements:

  • Spoken Cantonese preferred
  • Outgoing, friendly, and patient-focused
  • Proactive, organized, and dependable
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Previous dental experience and familiarity with Cleardent

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Scheduling appointments and managing front desk duties
  • Proficiency in processing dental insurance claims and managing insurance-related inquiries
  • Experience with dental insurance verification, claims processing, and follow-up
