Our team is committed to ensuring that each client not only receives the information needed to start their recovery journey but also feels supported and informed throughout the entire imaging process.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate MRI Technologist to join our growing team. You’ll guide clients through the imaging process from check-in and preparation to performing scans and delivering results while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. As a key point of contact, you’ll help clinicians make informed decisions and ensure every patient receives timely, coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Intake & Preparation

  • Greet clients in the waiting room and escort them to the MRI room.
  • Answer client questions to ensure they feel informed and comfortable.
  • Prepare and position clients for their MRI scan following established protocols.

2) Scan Execution

  • Operate MRI equipment to perform high-quality scans following InForm Imaging protocols and safety standards.
  • Monitor clients throughout the scan to ensure comfort and safety.

3) Image & Report Management

  • Submit MRI images to the assigned radiologist for interpretation.
  • Send finalized radiology reports to clients in a timely manner.
  • Distribute reports to allied healthcare clinicians involved in the client’s care to ensure proper communication.

4) Client Follow-Up

  • Contact clients once reports have been sent to confirm receipt and answer any post-report questions.

Qualifications:

  • Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, client-focused team.

Why Join InForm Imaging:

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Focus on client-centered care with streamlined workflows.
  • Opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing clinic.
