Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity

We’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth—and we’re looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Coordinator who wants to help tell that story.

The ability to work from home or from any of our multiple locations.

Operating across five provinces, Domus Flooring & Stairs continues to expand its presence, capabilities and family of related brands. This position offers the opportunity to help shape how those brands look, sound and connect with customers.

Social media and content creation will be at the heart of the role. You’ll also help us reimagine portions of our online presence, working from established direction and brand guidelines to create engaging, customer-friendly digital experiences.

Previous experience is not required. Relevant education, a creative portfolio or a demonstrated ability to produce compelling content may be equally valuable. What matters most is creativity, initiative and the ability to think and work independently.

This position may be performed remotely.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, create and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms and brands.
  • Produce photos, videos, graphics and written content that capture attention and tell meaningful brand stories.
  • Find creative ways to showcase our products, people, projects and continued growth.
  • Develop and manage content calendars while remaining responsive to new ideas and opportunities.
  • Help establish and maintain distinct voices and visual identities for our related brands.
  • Help reimagine and develop portions of our online presence based on established direction and guidelines.
  • Create and maintain customer-focused website and product content, with technical support from our IT team.
  • Support digital advertising, email campaigns, promotions and other marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance and use those insights to improve future work.
  • Research emerging trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to reach customers.
  • Work with teams across the company to uncover stories and turn them into effective marketing.
  • Bring forward ideas and independently take projects from concept through completion.

What We’re Looking For

  • A creative thinker who brings forward ideas and does not need every detail to be assigned.
  • Someone who understands—or is excited to learn—what makes social media content engaging.
  • Strong written communication skills and a good eye for visual presentation.
  • The ability to think independently, stay organized and manage multiple projects.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn new tools and approaches.
  • An interest in becoming genuinely involved in the company’s brands and continued growth.
  • Education or experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, social media or a related field is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience with photography, video, graphic design, websites, digital advertising or analytics is also an asset.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining an established company at a particularly exciting point in its growth. With operations across five provinces and several complementary brands, there will be no shortage of ideas, projects or stories to bring to life.

We offer:

  • Starting salary as shown in this posting.
  • The flexibility to work remotely.
  • Support from an established IT Director and IT team.
  • The opportunity to help develop several related but distinct brands.
  • Meaningful creative input and ownership over your work.
  • Exposure to a growing, multi-location organization.
  • Opportunities to expand your responsibilities and advance within the company.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build something with us—someone energized by growth, excited by new ideas and ready to make a visible impact on how our brands are presented to the world.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Flexible schedule
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • On-site parking
  • Paid time off
  • Store discount
