Employee favouritism and unstable hours. No opportunity for advancement or more hours even with a completely open schedule. Some parts of management are unorganized. Getting punished for petty things by getting your hours cut.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Central Alberta Co-op?
Ask questions! I found out so many things after I had signed my agreement papers and read everything, not everything is listed in the description. If you feel uneasy or unsure, ask.
I worked at human resources, terrible atmosphere, could not even talk to the other staff members. I was followed every where by melanie banister I am amazed she didn't go into the washroom with me. Very strict atmosphere. Was degraded in front of other staff very unprofessional. Hated it.
One or two people were really good to work with. Then they left and the company hired friends or family that were not really up to the job. The only thing was they fitted in with the click. The manager is not good at managing people .
