Forte is a manufacturer of custom store fixtures for the retail industry. We are a one stop shop encompassing wood, metal and acrylic fixtures from one umbrella organization.

Forte is a customer focused, environmentally responsible company, who prides itself on delivering high quality fixtures through a dedicated team of experienced staff and customized solutions to get the job done right.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support projects from Award to Installation
  • Ability to monitor production and ensure fixtures are produced to meet quality standards and customer deadlines
  • Identify inputs, issue purchase orders and monitor receiving dates to meet required production timelines
  • Understand current finished good inventory levels
  • Support project timelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, vendors and sub-contractors
  • Liaising with on-site personnel, clients, trades, and shippers to ensure successful execution to plan

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and computer skills in particular, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively
  • Enjoy providing quality customer service, have a professional and positive demeanour
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
  • Experience in the fixture industry is an asset
  • Must have reliable transportation
