Project Manager - Pharma Facilities / Capital Projects
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee small to mid-sized capital and facilities projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in the New Brunswick, NJ area.
This role requires someone with experience working directly with pharma or biotech clients in regulated GMP/GxP environments, managing projects from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
  • Manage capital and facilities projects from planning through close-out.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations teams.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors and client relationships.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' Project Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences industry.
  • Experience delivering facilities, engineering or capital projects in GMP/GxP environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
Please note: This is not an IT, Software, Digital Transformation or Clinical Operations Project Management role. We are specifically seeking Project Managers with pharmaceutical facilities, engineering or capital projects experience.
