About Us
We are on a mission to accelerate the adoption of sustainable, next-generation technology. Our team develops innovative solutions that make essential infrastructure more accessible, reliable, and efficient.

Our products are designed to meet the evolving needs of both commercial and residential customers — combining intelligent design, user-friendly interfaces, and advanced hardware engineering to drive meaningful impact.

If you’re ready to make a difference in a fast-moving, transformative industry, this is your opportunity.

The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our advanced hardware product line. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering, design, and market needs — driving innovation from concept through launch.

You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our products and ensuring that each release delivers exceptional value to customers while supporting the company’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, marketing, and operations — to deliver high-quality hardware products on time and on budget.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept, prototype, validation, and certification through mass production.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Champion user experience and ensure every product reflects quality, reliability, and simplicity.
  • Maintain strong communication channels between stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
  • Align product strategy with our broader mission to advance sustainability and clean energy adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in hardware, power electronics, clean tech, or automotive technology.
  • Power Electronics knowledge theory and practical is Mandatory
  • Completion of University Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
  • Experience working in EV Charging industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to balance technical feasibility, user needs, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the future of mobility.

Must-Have Attributes

  • Hardware product experience — from conception through launch.
  • Startup background and comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience translating market needs into tangible hardware solutions.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a team redefining how energy powers transportation.
  • Collaborate with engineers and innovators passionate about sustainability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Discounted or free food
  • Extended health care
  • Flexible schedule

  • Are you open to 5 days onsite work in our Brampton location?
  • Have you worked for a startup before?
  • Can you work independently in an ever changing, unstructured startup environment?
  • Have you worked on a Hardware product from concept, prototype, validation, and certification through mass production?
  • Do you have any experience with electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and the energy ecosystem?
