In this role, you will:
- Own the full innovation lifecycle, from ideation and formulation through to commercialization and post-launch optimization.
- Identify white space opportunities and portfolio gaps using market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Develop product concepts and collaborate with Regulatory, Procurement, and Formulations to ensure viability, compliance, and cost targets.
- Build compelling product claims and marketing stories to support commercialization and sales success.
- Partner cross-functionally to bring innovative products to market on time and aligned to strategic objectives.
- 8–12+ years of experience in product innovation or development within nutraceuticals (food industry as secondary).
- Direct, hands-on experience with formulation, ingredients, and product ideation (not just project management).
- Strong understanding of regulatory considerations in product development.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer data, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
- Strong project management skills using tools such as ASANA, Excel, and SharePoint.
