Full job description
Your team’s dynamic:
Our team brings together product owners, developers, and test specialists from diverse backgrounds, all aligned on a single mission: delivering seamless, reliable integrations that power our business systems and connect us to partners, customers, and compliance agencies worldwide.
Top reasons why you want this job:
- You love sitting at the intersection of business and technology — translating complex integration needs into clear, actionable delivery
- You want end-to-end ownership of integration products that directly impact how the business operates and scales
- You thrive on stakeholder complexity — aligning internal teams, external vendors, trading partners, and compliance agencies toward a shared outcome
- You are energized by EDI and B2B integration challenges, where precision, standards, and partner relationships all matter
- You want to shape the integration roadmap of a modern enterprise, leveraging Azure, APIs, and event-driven architecture
Your day at a glance:
- Own the product backlog for business system integrations (ERP, CRM) and external integrations (EDI, third-party APIs, compliance agencies)
- Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Manage integration requirements across EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, AS2) and compliance mandates such as e-invoicing and tax reporting
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Drive delivery ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — ensuring the team stays aligned with product vision and priorities
- Monitor integration health and proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvement across the integration landscape
- Collaborate with architects to ensure integration designs align with enterprise standards, scalability requirements, and long-term platform strategy
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or enterprise integration context
- Solid understanding of ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, D365, Salesforce, or equivalent) and how they integrate with the broader enterprise
- Hands-on familiarity with EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, AS2 — you know what an 850, 856, and 810 are
- Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, or Service Bus) or equivalent iPaaS platforms
- Exposure to compliance integration requirements such as e-invoicing mandates or tax reporting obligations (e.g., GST/HST, VAT, SAF-T)
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive sponsors
- Proficient in Agile/Kanban methodologies with experience owning and grooming a product backlog
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into business-clear language
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
Your technical expertise:
- 3+ years in a Product Owner or BA role within an integration or enterprise systems context
- Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM integration patterns (D365, SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- EDI experience: X12, EDIFACT, AS2 transaction sets and trading partner management
- Familiarity with REST APIs and event-driven integration concepts
- Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements management skills
An asset if you have:
- Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus
- Exposure to compliance integration: e-invoicing, tax reporting, or regulatory EDI
- Experience with third-party integration platforms (Marketo, Docentric, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (SID, eTOM, Open APIs) or equivalent enterprise standards
Let’s talk perks!
- Attractive compensation package
- Training Tuition Reimbursement Program
- Work-life balance with a flexible working schedule
We know that diverse backgrounds and experiences bring great value to our teams. Even if you don't think you tick all the boxes, we still encourage you to apply - your profile may surprise us!
