Ready to bring new product ideas to life and shape the future of a leading natural health brand? As our Product Innovation Lead, you’ll own true end-to-end innovation—from identifying white space opportunities and developing product concepts to launching market-ready solutions that drive growth and differentiation.

Permanent Full-Time
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm PST or flexible, as assigned
Remote (Canada)
$95,000 – $125,000 per annum

In this role, you will:
  • Own the full innovation lifecycle, from ideation and formulation through to commercialization and post-launch optimization.
  • Identify white space opportunities and portfolio gaps using market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop product concepts and collaborate with Regulatory, Procurement, and Formulations to ensure viability, compliance, and cost targets.
  • Build compelling product claims and marketing stories to support commercialization and sales success.
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring innovative products to market on time and aligned to strategic objectives.
You have:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in product innovation or development within nutraceuticals (food industry as secondary).
  • Direct, hands-on experience with formulation, ingredients, and product ideation (not just project management).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory considerations in product development.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer data, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
  • Strong project management skills using tools such as ASANA, Excel, and SharePoint.
