About the Role
ITL Health is a growing Canadian, family-run company specializing in high-quality magnesium supplements. We're looking for a knowledgeable, relationship-driven Account Manager & Product Educator to join our team in British Columbia.
This role is about education and relationships first. You'll be the go-to magnesium expert for the retail stores across BC. You'll train store staff so they can confidently recommend ITL Health, look after your existing accounts, and help each store get the most out of our products.
You'll be the face of ITL Health in British Columbia, representing our products, our values and our commitment to making quality health products more accessible.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging product and magnesium training to retail staff, one-on-one and in groups, in store, at staff dinners and virtually.
- Become an expert in ITL Health's magnesium line and clearly explain what makes each product different.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers and staff across your BC accounts.
- Visit stores regularly to keep training current, check shelf presence and placement, and support promotions.
- Support in-store demos, events and trade shows.
- Work with our distributor's reps and the ITL Health team on promotions and account plans.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen existing accounts and introduce ITL Health to new stores.
- Share market feedback, account needs and opportunities with the ITL Health team.
- Manage your territory independently while working closely with the National Sales Manager.
What We're Looking For
- A natural educator and confident presenter who enjoys teaching individuals and groups.
- Passionate about health, wellness, nutrition and natural health products.
- Great at building genuine, long-term relationships.
- Organized, self-motivated and excellent at follow-up.
- Curious and eager to become an expert in magnesium and the ITL Health line.
- Comfortable with regular travel throughout British Columbia.
- Professional, personable and enthusiastic.
Experience in natural health products, supplements, nutrition, retail, account management, product training, health coaching or public speaking is an asset. A background in nutrition or holistic health is a definite plus.
