We’re looking for an Operations Manager to bridge the gap between sales, production management, and project execution in a 'Swiss Army Knife' capacity.

THE CANDIDATE

This role is a hands-on position in which the coordinator would be responsible for tracking production timelines, communicating with our overseas manager, assisting with wholesale account management, and ensuring project deliveries are met.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Production Management: Manages and oversees production schedules to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time. You will be responsible for being the liaison between our production manager in China, and our sales team in-house.

Project Tracking: Maintain project trackers for seasonal launches and custom client requests to keep design and sales aligned, ensuring we are always meeting deadlines for customers and launches.

Sales Support & Account Coordination: Assist the Sales Manager with major retail accounts (Giant Tiger, TJX, etc.) and independent accounts by managing reports, portals, orders and sales materials and relaying the sales info to the design manager.

Data Tracking: Monitor inventory and retail performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or sales support within the apparel or consumer goods industries.

Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills with knowledge of project management tools and spreadsheets (i.e., Google Sheets, Excel, Monday.com, etc.).

Montreal-Based: We value face-to-face collaboration in our Montreal office to keep our creative and family culture tight-knit.
