Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service execution
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop management and front-of-house teams
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
  • Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences and professionally resolve guest concerns
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, service, and hospitality
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and bar leadership teams
  • Monitor labour, inventory, sales performance, and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor regulations, and company policies
  • Oversee POS systems, cash handling, reporting, and operational procedures
  • Support menu launches, special events, and promotional initiatives
  • Continuously improve service standards, systems, and overall restaurant performance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of senior restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service excellence
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant reporting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, liquor regulations, and labour management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Wine, cocktail, and premium dining knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Passion for hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence
  • Experience in upscale casual, premium casual, hotels, or high-volume dining is strongly preferred

Compensation

$60,000–$70,000 annually

Salary is based on experience and qualifications. We are prepared to offer a competitive package for the right candidate.
