  • Previous experience working for a wine agency.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Citrix.
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Port Credit office within 30 minutes and work on-site Monday through Friday.
  • 3–5 years of experience in order processing, sales support, customer service, or administration.
  • Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • You enjoy working where flexibility, teamwork, accountability, and exceptional attention to detail are essential.

Position Summary

The Sales Support & Operations Coordinator is responsible for the accurate processing of customer orders while providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, the LCBO, logistics providers, and internal staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Accuracy is critical. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

  • Process customer orders received by email, phone, and sales representatives.
  • Verify pricing, inventory, vintages, allocations, shipping instructions, and customer information.
  • Prepare invoices, credit notes, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
  • Monitor orders from receipt through delivery and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Customer & Sales Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory, deliveries, and order status.
  • Support the sales team with pricing, product information, inventory availability, quotations, reports, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate product samples and promotional materials.

Inventory, Logistics & Administration

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory shortages.
  • Coordinate deliveries with courier partners.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Process credits, returns, and customer account adjustments.
  • Support product releases, allocations, supplier communications, and other operational projects.
