Property & Family Assistant (Full-Time)

Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and proactive Property & Family Assistant to help manage the day-to-day needs of our home and property.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Every day is different, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

* Safely drive our children to and from school and extracurricular activities.

* Perform general property maintenance and upkeep.

* Wash and maintain family vehicles.

* Keep the property clean, organized, and well-maintained.

* Complete minor repairs and coordinate larger maintenance when required.

* Assist with errands, deliveries, and household-related tasks.

* Help with seasonal outdoor work, including light landscaping and snow removal as needed.

* Monitor supplies and notify us when items need to be restocked.

* Handle a variety of day-to-day tasks to ensure the household operates efficiently.

Qualifications

* Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

* Reliable, punctual, and organized.

* Trustworthy, respectful, and able to maintain confidentiality.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

* Handy with basic maintenance and comfortable using common tools.

* Physically capable of performing light to moderate manual work.

* Previous experience in property maintenance, household management, or a similar role is an asset.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and treats the property as if it were their own. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and notices what needs to be done without constant direction. Compensation

* $20.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience.
