Fineline Medical and Aesthetics is a purpose-built, physician-owned and operated medical clinic. Located in a prime, street-level space at 4695 Canada Way, we are recruiting a Family Physician(s) to join our team. The clinic offers a premium practice environment with on-site specialist support.

Financial Structure: Transparent overhead model designed to reward clinical volume.

  • Split: 75/25 base split featuring a graduated overhead reduction tier tied to gross billings (applicable to both LFP and FFS). Exact tier threshold will be provided directly upon inquiry.

Clinical Setup:

  • Practice Autonomy: Total freedom to build and tailor your patient panel to align with your specific clinical strengths and areas of interest. No corporate oversight.
  • Patient Roster: Optional patient panel available for incoming physicians to facilitate immediate LFP empanelment.
  • Administrative Support: On-site MOAs to ensure consistent clinic operations.
  • Patient Accessibility: Abundant free parking directly outside the clinic and excellent transit access.
  • Access to Ai scribe to help with documentation
  • Access to Cortico to streamline communication with the patient.

Clinic Details:

Requirements:

  • Active, independent practice license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
  • Active MSP Billing Number.
  • CCFP designation (or equivalent).
  • Active CMPA Malpractice Insurance.
