Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Co-op Intern to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with in-studio production tasks and photo editing. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for photography and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform photo editing tasks, including color correction, retouching, and cropping
Use insightful judgment to select the most impactful and all must have images
Prioritize image editing and selections with consideration for our marketplace and customers.
Evaluate images with consideration for key attributes including composition, lighting, story narrative, unique style
Editing the images in the ‘Mango Style,’ ensuring they are telling a story, and prepare them for delivery
Collaborate with the photography team to ensure consistency and quality in all images
Assisting the production team with administrative work such as updating key items on Monday.com, logging e-shoots, billing for additional hours, and handling external customer service.
Answering phone calls
Monitoring and reminding the team of meetings, USB/Album pick-ups, and reveal presentations.
Preparing Thank You cards and USB boxes/keys.
Retrieving and archiving RAW files, freeing up server space, and maintaining studio production equipment.
Help maintain the studio space, ensuring it is clean and organized
Assist with other in-studio production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a photography, visual arts, or related program
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom
Basic understanding of photography principles and techniques
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in a photography studio is a plus but not required
