Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced JE Pharmacy Technician Exam Tutor to join our team, providing both online and in-person tutoring sessions in <LOCATION>, BC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy technician training, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to help students succeed in passing their certification exam. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' professional development. The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing students for exam success, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tutoring sessions for pharmacy technician exam preparation, both online and in-person
  • Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles
  • Review key concepts, practice questions, and exam strategies with students
  • Provide clear explanations of complex topics related to pharmacy technology and procedures
  • Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Support students in developing effective study habits and confidence for the exam
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback
  • Stay updated on the latest pharmacy technician exam content and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably within a classroom setting or one-on-one instruction
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy technician coursework and exam content
