We are currently hiring Part Time, Day and/or Evening Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care in Alliston, Tottenham and surrounding areas

  • Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
  • RN or RPN
  • Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
  • Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
  • Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
  • Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
  • Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
  • Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid
  • Availability to work days OR evenings and every other weekend
  • This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
