Machine Operator – Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:00 PM)

Full-Time Permanent | Headingley, MB

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our Day Shift Team (6:00 AM-2:00 PM) in our modern, clean manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic shape moulding machinery
  • Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
  • Assist in other areas of the plant as required
  • Learn additional equipment and advance into other functions within the company

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to lift 30–40 lbs periodically
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Able to reach 5–6 feet above head level with product weighing up to 10 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to Headingley, MB (no public transit access — located 5 km west of the Perimeter)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $18.50/hour with opportunity for performance-based increases
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short/Long-Term Disability after 3 months
  • Employer-paid health benefits after 3 years
