Full job description

Job Description:

  • Supervise participants throughout all programmed activities
  • Maintain safety and security of all participants
  • Ensure that a 1:4 ratio is kept at all times
  • Always maintain an open dialogue with parents, guardians and co workers
  • Complete sign in/sign out and attendance sheets
  • Complete all paperwork (incident reports, behavioural logs, communication logs, etc.) as required
  • Adhere to confidentiality agreements
  • Prep materials required for daily programming

Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed
  • Work on Progress Reports and Client Goals
  • Summarize the shift in the communication book at the end of each day

Expectations:

  • Attend all scheduled staff meetings and debriefings
  • Arrive on time for your shifts and clock in accordingly
  • Give as much notice as possible if unable to make a shift and notify the Director
  • Come dressed in comfortable, appropriate staff attire
  • Remain calm and professional when dealing with parents, guardians and members of the public

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
