We’re Hiring!

Join the Elite Transfer Service team and become part of a growing organization dedicated to professionalism, safety, and community service. At ETS, we’ve built a positive and supportive work environment where every team member plays an important role in our success. We pride ourselves on our friendly approach, safe practices, and reliability.

If you are looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community while earning a competitive wage, we invite you to apply to join the Elite Transfer Service team.

Patient Transfer Attendant

Attendants work as part of a two-person team responsible for transferring patients safely between healthcare facilities and private residences. Patient Transfer Attendants are respected professionals who represent Elite Transfer Service in the community.

In this role, attendants use stretchers, wheelchairs, and specialized rehabilitation chairs to assist patients during transport. Attendants are also responsible for the safe operation of various vehicles, including ambulance-style vehicles, large vans, and wheelchair-accessible transit vehicles.

Elite provides comprehensive training during the first three months, covering all aspects of the position. Training includes instruction from an Emergency First Responder and a Registered Nurse, followed by continued mentorship and support from experienced supervisors and team members.

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the healthcare field. Over time, attendants gain valuable experience with:

  • Medical equipment and terminology
  • Patient care and safety practices
  • Leadership and teamwork skills
  • Operating emergency-style vehicles in a non-emergency setting

These skills can help open doors to other healthcare professions, emergency response careers, or long-term opportunities within Elite Transfer Service.

Student Opportunities

Elite offers flexible scheduling for students, allowing work hours that fit around classes, evenings, and weekends.

Student positions are considered casual roles, with hours based on the availability provided by the employee. Schedules may vary weekly depending on the student’s availability.

This flexibility allows students to balance work with post-secondary education, while gaining valuable healthcare experience.

Career Attendant Opportunities

Elite is also seeking individuals interested in developing a long-term career within the company.

We value attendants who take pride in serving their community and demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong teamwork.

Career attendants benefit from:

  • Competitive wages
  • Performance raises
  • Annual bonuses
  • Opportunities for advancement as the company grows

Full-Time Position

(2 Positions Available)

Elite is seeking candidates available to work on-call between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, within the SD&G region.

Although the position includes on-call responsibilities, it is considered full-time, with attendants typically working 70–90 hours biweekly. Employees receive on-call pay and must be available to respond to transfer requests during scheduled hours.

Hourly Wage

  • Starting wage: $19.00/hour
  • After 3-month probation: $20.00/hour

Employees are eligible for regular raises, advancement opportunities, and annual bonuses based on performance and tenure.

Working with Elite

Working with Elite Transfer Service offers a unique work-life balance and supportive team environment. While attendants are expected to work professionally and provide excellent patient care, there are also opportunities during quieter periods to:

  • Build friendships with coworkers
  • Study or complete schoolwork
  • Maintain personal fitness
  • Recharge between calls

This balance between busy shifts and paid downtime contributes to the positive and supportive culture at Elite Transfer Service.

If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can help others and grow professionally, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Elite Transfer Service team.
