Overview

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage spaces
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards
  • Serve dishes promptly and accurately during service hours, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Support the team in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
  • Strong understanding of food handling safety procedures and hygiene practices
