Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced <PERSON> to join our culinary team. This role involves providing exceptional food service, meal preparation, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with skills in menu planning, food handling, and kitchen operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals according to menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
  • Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to meet dietary needs and preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools
  • Support catering events and special meal services as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Uphold excellent customer service by serving guests professionally and courteously

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dietary departments, culinary roles, or food service environments preferred
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
  • Experience in fine dining, restaurant settings, or catering is advantageous
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to various shifts or schedules as needed
