Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure sanitation
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Support the team during busy service hours by ensuring timely food delivery
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Ensure all food is stored properly to prevent spoilage and contamination
