Saturday Support Position ( 7.45 am to 4.45 pm) – Required Dates:
These positions will provide support for the Executive MBA program at the Hill Levene School of Business. Work location will be The University of Regina College Avenue Campus at 2155 College Avenue, Regina.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Provide in-class tech support in high-tech streaming classrooms
2. Troubleshooting and repairing the equipment

2. Troubleshooting and repairing the equipment
3. Training related duties that may include:
- Research and respond to ‘how-to’ questions from users related to use of UR Courses
- Update UR Courses training materials as required
- Assist trainers with Zoom training sessions
- Assist students with basic questions regarding use of UR Courses and use of Zoom
5. Assist course instructors with use of UR Courses online course management system:
- Entering and editing content in UR Courses
- Setting up course tools as directed, such as quizzes, assignments, etc
- Supporting Instructors in the set-up and use of Zoom
- Consult with Training team if/as required
- Consult with Instructional Design team if/as require
6. Other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Students must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours in their current graduate program or 48 credit hours in their current undergraduate program prior to being selected for the position. Preference will be given to those students who have achieved a GPA of 80% or higher. Preference will be given to students enrolled in the Levene Graduate School of Business. Preference will be given to an individual with prior experience in technology support, especially with Hyflex classroom support.
There are two positions, one that supports Friday classes and one that supports Saturday classes. You may apply for either position or both, but you must be available for all class dates associated with the position(s) you select. If you are not available on every date listed below for the position(s) you choose, please do not apply.
