Full job description

We are a primary care medical clinic looking for a hard-working medical office assistant/receptionist to join our team. You will work with a team of family physicians. You will be working with 2 other medical assistants. This attractive offer is ideal for a candidate with experience in medical clinics and Accuro EMR.

Position Summary:

  • Greeting patients
  • Answering phones
  • Accuro EMR
  • Booking appointments
  • Cleaning/preparing/stocking exam rooms
  • Office/clinic maintenance
  • Scanning/faxing/copying
  • Sending referrals
  • Taking payments
  • Sterilizing medical instruments
  • Weighing/measuring patients
  • Assisting in minor laboratory tests
  • Assisting doctors

Availability to start ASAP

$18 per hours

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required
