Spa Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Book spa appointments
  • Receiving and issuing payments
  • Providing information to clients on retail products and spa services
  • Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms and waiting areas
  • Driving additional revenue by actively upselling retail products, promotional offers and encouraging repeat bookings
  • Managing schedules and confirming appointments as well as data entry
  • Assisting staff in cleaning the spa area
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need as a Spa Receptionist:

Experience: 1+ year's in a spa environment

Education: Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred, Smart Serve Certification required

Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
