Admissions Consultant - Part-Time, Remote


Note: Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree, or be a current Resident, Fellow, or medical student in their 3rd or 4th year. Applications from others will not be considered.


A Day in The Life:

The Admissions Consultant will join our team as an independent contractor to work directly with our students to help them with their applications, prepare for interviews, MCAT, OSCE, etc.

  • Review and critique application documents and provide feedback to help students improve their applications
  • Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview performance
  • Help students prepare for the MCAT and OSCE


We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

  • Hold an MD or DO degree, are a Resident, Fellow, or are a practicing or non-practicing MD or DO.
  • Reside in the United States or Canada
  • Can commit to work a minimum of 5-10 hours a week
  • Bonus if you can conduct same day services or within 12 hour notice periods.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and participate in self-directed learning
  • Possess tech-savviness
  • Do not work for other test prep companies
  • Seek a long-term role, not a short-term gig
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, verbal & communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, showing a strong work ethic and managerial attitude
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free private room with a door and access to an ergonomic setup and high-speed internet (minimum download speed of 40 Mbps).
