Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Silk Screener, Heat Press & Merchandise Production Helper to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in apparel and merchandise production, offering hands-on experience in screen printing, heat pressing, and packaging processes. The position provides an opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing operations within a fast-paced environment, supporting the creation of high-quality products.

Duties

  • Operate silk screening equipment to produce custom designs on various merchandise items
  • Use heat press machines to apply graphics and logos onto apparel and accessories
  • Assist with the packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment
  • Support inventory management by organizing supplies and materials within the warehouse
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or manual handling as needed
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality goals

Skills

  • Prior experience with manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with machining equipment is a plus
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
  • Basic understanding of packaging processes and inventory management
  • Prior warehouse experience beneficial but not required; training will be provided for specific machinery and processes
