Michel Germain Parfums is one of the world’s pre-eminent suppliers of men’s and women’s perfumes, eau de toilettes, beauty creams and other related products. The company continues to grow and is seeking candidates for the following role:

PRODUCTION LINE WAREHOUSE WORKER (Carleton Place, ON)

We are seeking responsible individuals to join our production line team and contribute to the different aspects of preparing products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking tasks and activities as assigned by the Team Leader
  • Conducting bottling, capping and filling exercises using various types of equipment
  • Packaging products and preparing them for shipment
  • Maintaining and monitoring parts inventory
  • Processing product returns from customers. This will entail product inspection, disassembly, disposal and other aspects.

Please note the work involves significant repetitive motion, some lifting, and standing for most of the day. Training will be provided on the use of our equipment. Workboots are required.

Qualifications:

At Michel Germain, a desire to learn is as important as skills, education and experience. Having relevant work experience is extremely useful but the following skillset is highly valued. We are also willing to develop someone with the right amount of curiosity, energy, adaptability and compatibility.

  • Manual dexterity and physical agility
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Experience or ability to work in a computerized environment involving hand-held scanners, tablets and other digital equipment

Salary & Location:

This is a permanent full-time role at 40 hours per week with a starting salary of $18.50 per hour.

This position will be based at the company’s office in Carleton Place, Ontario.
