Very unorganized. I received a screening call from an HR coordinator and they called me in for an interview. The interview was very unusual as the person interviewing me was on vacation and someone else greeted me in. Once inside your expected to do an aptitude test for 12-mins and need to pass. After the test you have a group interview with basic questions. Expect a call back after a month or more.

Management are racists and biased towards employees who are not from their country. The worst place to work.their is no equality.

If you're new, you have to wait 3 months. They will allow 1 month vacation but you need at least a years notice but they rarely approve it. But they're okay with 1-3 weeks vacation with at least 3 months notice.

The work itself was not challenging but the behaviour of the line leaders and some shift leaders and their favoritism would make even easy work challenging

3 months I would say. There are no steps, you have to keep following up with the recruiter as they don't get back to you.
