Full job description

  • Greeting Guests and Welcoming them to the Hotel
  • Creating & Modifying Reservations
  • Checking Guests In & Out
  • Answering incoming calls at the Front Desk
  • Balancing All of the Days Transactions
  • Running Reports for the General Manager
  • Assist guests with any requests they may have
  • Resolving guest issues to the best of your ability
  • Ensure a professional manner at all times
  • Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and services
  • Assist other departments as necessary
  • Maintain a cash float throughout your shift
  • Must be able to work weekends

Position is Full Time and the shifts are 12 Hours 8PM-8AM each evening that you work. Rotating schedule with every other weekend off.
