Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our painting and landscaping crews have the right materials, equipment, and supplies to get the job done efficiently.

Responsibilities

Material Handling & Inventory Management:

  • Organize and maintain inventory of painting materials (paint, brushes, sprayers, tape, drop cloths) and landscaping supplies (mulch, soil, plants, seed, fertilizer).
  • Pick and stage orders for daily job assignments, ensuring crews have everything needed before heading to job sites.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency, including pallet racking, shelving, and floor storage.

Coordination & Support:

  • Communicate with crew leaders and supervisors to understand daily material needs.
  • Assist with organizing and tracking job site deliveries of bulk materials (mulch, soil, gravel).
  • Support the operations team with special projects and warehouse improvements as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.

Pay: $21.78-$25.84 per hour
