Growth Marketing Lead
Every campaign we launch, every email we send, every ad someone stops scrolling for, is a promise about what it means to walk through our doors.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own that promise from the first impression to the last, and to turn it into measurable, sustainable growth for The Vanity Lab.
The Role
The Growth Marketing Lead is responsible for leading and executing The Vanity Lab's growth strategy across patient acquisition, brand awareness, digital performance, retention, and revenue-driving initiatives.
Working alongside the Sales Lead and reporting to the Revenue Director, this role acts as the bridge between marketing, patient experience, and business growth, ensuring every marketing initiative strengthens the brand and contributes to measurable business outcomes.
You will lead and develop the marketing team, while building scalable systems that support long-term clinic growth. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Primary Outcomes
- Drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Ensure consistency across all brand messaging, content, campaigns, and patient-facing marketing touchpoints.
- Improve lead generation, campaign performance, audience engagement, patient retention, and conversion.
- Build scalable marketing systems, processes, and reporting structures that support long-term growth.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the patient experience and overall revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support patient acquisition, retention, memberships, and overall clinic growth.
- Build campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes and increase patient lifetime value.
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams, partnerships, events, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Director on growth initiatives and business priorities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to maintain market leadership.
Cross-Functional Revenue Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales Lead to align marketing efforts with consultation performance and patient conversion goals.
- Analyze lead quality, patient behaviors, and conversion performance from inquiry through consultation booking.
- Collaborate on membership growth, launches, promotions, retention campaigns, and patient reactivation.
- Ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects the patient experience delivered in-clinic.
- Continuously improve the patient journey from first inquiry through long-term loyalty.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, email marketing, website optimization, SEO, and marketing automation.
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels and conversion pathways.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve personalization and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee landing page creation and conversion-focused digital improvements.
- Build and execute email automation sequences and patient nurturing campaigns.
- Maintain marketing database integrity and CRM best practices.
- Support SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic and monitor website performance and lead capture effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and support the Marketing Team.
- Establish priorities, workflows, timelines, and accountability measures across the marketing team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance team culture.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
Brand Management & Campaign Oversight
- Protect and elevate The Vanity Lab brand across all channels and patient touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and luxury positioning.
- Oversee campaigns, launches, events, memberships, and promotional initiatives.
- Support brand storytelling that highlights expertise, results, and patient experiences.
- Ensure all marketing efforts reinforce The Vanity Lab's reputation as a leader in luxury medical aesthetics.
Analytics, Reporting & Systems
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, acquisition costs, conversion rates, campaign performance, retention metrics, and ROI.
- Create regular performance reports with optimization recommendations to inform team and leadership decisions.
- Build and maintain scalable marketing systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and departmental priorities.
- Support budget planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing and leadership roles
- Previous experience leading or managing a team in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, consumer psychology, and modern marketing strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to drive growth through strategic campaigns, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution and operational oversight.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, and lead generation data.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience within medical aesthetics, luxury beauty, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Professional, polished, and aligned with The Vanity Lab brand standard.
Who You Are
- You think in systems, not just campaigns.
- You see a number on a dashboard and want to know the story behind it.
- You lead people the way you lead strategy: with clarity, structure, and care.
- You hold your team and yourself to a standard of excellence, not busyness.
- And you understand that growth, done right, always comes back to the patient experience.
Why The Vanity Lab
- The Vanity Lab is a place where the team holds each other to a higher standard because we care.
- Where growth, learning, and collaboration are part of how we operate every day.
- This is a place for people who want more than just a job.
- It is for people who want to be part of a high-performing, values-driven team that is shaping the future of the beauty and skincare industry.
If This Sounds Like You...
- You do not wait to be told what to do.
- You take ownership.
- You lead with both strategy and heart.
- And you are ready to be part of a team that expects and delivers excellence.
We want to hear from you.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
