Summary

We are looking for some high-vibe Team Members to join our dynamic team at Revitasize! This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. As a Team Member, you will play an essential part in helping customers enhance their health through our delicious offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Prepare and serve smoothies, barista items, sandwiches, and healthy food options according to company standards.
• Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Keep up with on-going changes, additions, and improvements
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality, food service, café, or customer service experience
• Valid Food Handler Certification (required)
• Open-time availability with a flexible schedule (required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Prior knowledge to superfoods a huge advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy/slow periods effectively.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• A passion for health and wellness, particularly organic & super foods.
